What the integration sends us
The Public Access integration on your Home Assistant contacts our license service to validate your key: at activation, then at most twice a day. It sends your license key, a one-way hash of your instance's id, the integration version and the Home Assistant version, and we record the address the request came from for abuse prevention. It never sends your dashboard, your entities, their states or names, or anything about your home. The public page is served entirely by your own instance.
What we keep
- Your email address, to send the trial key, reminders and receipts, and to identify your license.
- License and activation records: key, status, dates, the instance hash and the address of the last check.
- An audit log of license changes, so we can explain what happened to a license.
Records are kept while your license exists and for 12 months after it ends, then deleted. You can ask for a copy or deletion at any time by email.
Payments
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record; they receive the details needed to process the payment under their own privacy policy. We receive the subscription status, your email and order identifiers — never your card details.
Transactional email (confirmation links, keys, reminders) is sent through Brevo. We do not send marketing email.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. The license service's administration area, which is not public, uses a session cookie.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may access, correct, export or erase your data, and object to processing. Write to the address above. You may also complain to the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
